All persons who appear in any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions. All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Section 75.1(c)(4), as a website that does not produce any of the content that appears on the platform but rather hosts user-generated content uploaded by registered, age-verified users.
